This video combines and condenses those discussions into a cohesive, compelling narrative that captures 50 years of advocacy in a succinct and impactful highlight video.

Brief Synopsis: This video celebrates Bill’s remarkable civil rights career, spanning his work with the Asian Law Caucus and the EEOC. As the son of Filipino immigrants, Bill tirelessly advocated for undocumented workers, immigrant women, and low-wage laborers, helping secure vital protections against workplace discrimination and abuse. His efforts have empowered marginalized communities and left a lasting legacy of justice and equality.
Challenges: Capturing Bill’s vast legacy and lifetime of achievements was no small task. With such a rich history of impactful work, it was challenging to condense his story in a way that fully reflects his immense contributions to the Asian American community and beyond. However, we successfully crafted a 5-minute video that Bill was extremely happy with, highlighting his most meaningful accomplishments.

With a revolving fund model that multiplies investment, GSAF is poised to become a $1.5 billion solution to California’s housing crisis.
